HOW TO ORDER:

1. Find an item that you would like to order, click on the item

2. Fill out an order form

         - If ordering multiple items, fill out a form for each item

3. Wait for a conformation (sent by email or Instagram DM)

4. Payment will be discussed at that time

CUSTOM ORDER PRICES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON DESIGN/ COLOR

PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN WHEN I SEND YOUR CONFORMATION (I WILL NOT START WORKING ON ANY PART OF YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL)

ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS:

If you would like to purchase one or more different items, fill out separate forms by clicking on the items that you wish to purchase. When I DM you make sure that I am aware that you purchased multiple items and that they are grouped together.

PAYMENT: 

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS I WILL NOT START THE ORDER UNTIL I HAVE COLLECTED PAYMENT!!!!!

As of right now I only accent payment through Venmo (or cash but only for local pickup).

DELIVERY:

As of right now I only offer local delivery/ pickup.

CUSTOM ORDER REFUNDS:

Full refund: Will only be honored if I have not ordered the products on my end.

Example: If you purchase a shirt for $20, you will be given $20 back.

Partial refund: Will only be honored if I have ordered the products but I have not started working on the order yet. I will take the price that you paid and subtract it from any supplies that I have ordered. This is only if I have not customized any part of the order yet.

Example: If you purchase a shirt for $20, you will be given back $20 - the amount that I paid for the supplies.

No refund: You will not be issued a refund if I have already started customizing the orders. 

Example: If you purchase a shirt for $20, you will not be given back any money.
